You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have trouble with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help when a licensed contractor is involved.
